For Basic members, dispatch towing and roadside service is available 24 hours a day, anywhere in the United States and Canada. Help is just a toll-free phone call away, where an emergency dispatcher will arrange to have someone sent from the closest participating service provider. Covered vehicles include any vehicle driven by the covered member. The covered member is dependent upon membership type. Services that are covered include: An attempt to start your vehicle if it’s not starting, changing a flat tire with your inflated spare, delivery of gasoline/diesel fuel if you’ve run out, lockout service if your ignition key is lost, broken, or accidentally locked inside your vehicle.
